Clinical Background

My practice is a sanctuary for those grappling with life’s challenges. I strive to create a compassionate and supportive environment, encouraging you to explore your experiences as you’re ready and find healing through self-alignment. My work is rooted in empathy, authenticity, and cultural sensitivity, tailored to resonate with your unique life narrative.
I support clients navigating pain, loss and uncertainty, helping them find clarity and a way forward. I approach therapy with a holistic lens, focusing on the intricate dance between mind, body, and spirit. This integrated exploration helps uncover paths to fulfillment and purpose, offering clients a way to achieve holistic well-being.
Whether you're grieving, becoming a mother, healing from trauma, managing a chronic illness, or seeking clarity in the midst of change, my mission is to empower you to embrace your authenticity, reclaim your autonomy, and create a life you envision.

For over a decade, I have had the privilege of guiding individuals, couples, parents, parents-to-be, and tweens and teens through their unique journeys of growth and healing. It has been an honor to support couples in navigating conflict and deepening connection, to help teens manage anxiety, depression, and cultivate a strong sense of self, and to walk alongside individuals as they process trauma and build resilience.
As a certified doula, I also offer compassionate support to mothers and mothers-to-be as they move through the profound and complex experience of pregnancy, birth, and parenting.
My own path has been shaped by more than 15 years of lived experience with grief, healing, acculturation, identity exploration, and finding meaning in transitions. This personal journey also informs my approach, allowing me to meet each client with empathy, thoughtfulness, and deep respect for the courage it takes to show up and do the work of healing.
